BHD carried out a major re-clad of our North Shore home over a period of some seven months. From the start of the project, through to completion we have nothing but praise for Jason and his team for the professional way they carried out the work. A major re-clad is never an undertaking for the faint-hearted and there are always going to be issues along the way which need to be dealt with, but Jason made the entire job as painless as possible and sorted a lot of these issues for us which kept our stress levels in check. He consulted with us every step of the way and made sure that we were happy with progress at all times. His builders turned up on site exactly when they said they would …you could just about set your watch to them. At all times they were courteous, professional and diligent in the work they carried out for us. The finished job is of the highest quality and has totally transformed our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending BHD to anyone who is contemplating a similar project.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jason and his team at BHD for the excellent job they did on our renovations in Forrest Hill. Jason has a very personable and professional approach and set himself and everyone involved in the project the task of working to a very high standard. Jason spent time liaising with the architect, the aluminium window supplier and the council to ensure the finished job was up to the highest standard. We were particularly pleased with the quality of the sub-contractors he used on the job (especially the electrician and plumber). We wouldn’t hesitate to use Jason again or recommend him to friends.

We recently contracted Jason and his team to do an extension on our house. The project was a 10 week build and once completed has added a great deal of functionality and space that our family are thoroughly enjoying. We found Jason to be very professional, well organised and always very approachable. Jason’s organisation was his strength, having all tradesmen planned, booked, and working to ensure that the project always remained on time and continued to flow. Being so approachable, it allowed us as the home owners who are first time renovators to ask a lot of questions, before and during the build, and he always made the time to walk you through what was going on, how it was going to look etc. We can highly recommend Jason and the BHD team for any build or renovation.

Dedicated, a particular eye for detail and quality assurance were significant factors that stood out for us with Beyon Construction Ltd. Jason was very approachable throughout the process, and able to quickly problem solve any onsite issues. A hallmark of our new house is the comment that we receive from passers-by and neighbours who talk openly and sincerely of the tidiness of the site throughout the building process. Jason lead a very professional team of tradespeople who all worked to a very high standard, building a new bathroom. They were punctual, tidy and thorough. He managed and negotiated with the council concerning requirements as they came up and achieved sign off at every stage with no further requests.  We are delighted with the bathroom and would use Jason and his team again without hesitation!

Jason (BHD) was highly recommended to us by a good friend as a very competent builder for the re-clad of our house in Milford.   Our job entailed a full re-clad, new double glazed windows and new roof over a 16 week period.  Jason didn’t disappoint.  We decided to live in the property during the renovation and we were very comfortable having Jason and his team around.  Jason was very approachable throughout the whole process.  As usual in any renovation, there were a few onsite issues, but nothing was a problem and Jason quickly found a solution.   We were very impressed with all his contractors, in particular his electrician.  Jason also recommended the architect, who came up with plans that were perfect and was also easy to liaise with.  Jason is a very thorough and efficient project manager and the whole project went very smoothly.  All his sub-contractors turned up when required and all  provided an excellent standard of work.  Jason is a very meticulous builder with an eye for detail.  The construction site was always left tidy at the end of each day, with his apprentice vacuuming where possible.  At the completion of our job, Jason organised a builders clean and had one of his apprentices pick up as many screws and nails etc as much as possible around the outside of the house.  This was really appreciated.  We have had many glowing comments regarding our house renovation and the standard of work.  We would have no hesitation in recommending Jason to anyone looking for a quality builder.
